Mondays Collective is a wellness community built around the simple idea of making the worst day of the week something to look forward to. Designed as the antidote to your Mondays, every experience is centered on movement, connection, and mental health.

This past summer, we launched Mondays Pilates, our flagship series that brought free weekly events to Chicago’s lakefront after the traditional 9 to 5. Each event featured rotating instructors, free goodies from various vendors, and breathtaking views of the city skyline at sunset. We then rounded out the summer with Float & Flow, a sunrise pilates series aboard a boat on the Chicago River. But this is just the beginning… We are expanding beyond pilates and taking Mondays Collective to new cities, so Join The Club to be the first to know!

"Mondays used to feel like the end of something. I wanted to build something that

"Mondays used to feel like the end of something. I wanted to build something that made them feel like the start of something instead."

Abby and Truman founded Mondays Collective with a simple belief that the worst day of the week deserves to feel different. What started as an idea has grown into a community of 15,000+ members and a wellness brand built around connection, movement, and mental health.

Abby founded Mondays Collective in Chicago with a simple idea: the worst day of the week deserves to feel different. What started as a small group of friends moving together on Monday evenings has grown into a community of 3000+ — a wellness brand built around connection, movement, and mental health.
